This Sunday news broke that the Mayor and his Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO), along with his Dir. of Poverty Research, Dr. Mark Levitan (formerly of CSSNY), were ready to release the new NYC poverty measure. Anyone interested in my personal opinion on this can email me.
